I am wondering what these holes are for? There are 2 mounting position with 2 holes each.

The picture is taken from the engine compartment towards the rear. I am planning to use the ones marked "rear" in the picture for the Ebrake cables.

I haven't gotten to the e brake yet but I think that's exactly what they are for.

Just look at the manual, should find it there.

Thanks for the replies! Thats what I was thinking. Didn't want to use them if something else I wasn't thinking of goes there later.

The rear holes are for the E-brake cables. I dont know what the front two holes are for, they are unused on my build.

I think those are used for something on the donor build, but I could be completely wrong.

Both sets are for e-brake cables. Which ones you use depend on your kit configuration. Until you have your e-brake handle and cables installed, leave them both unused.

The front set of holes are for the 94 and later donor e-brake handle and cables while the rear set are for the 87-93. Not sure what set the handle and cables provided by FFR use. The manual will tell you.
Or if you're the type that believes "We don't need no stinking manual", then if the handle has a short cable on it, the cables to the wheels go in the front set of holes. If the handle has a long cable on it, yup you guessed it, the cables to the wheels go in the rear set of holes.
