This question might have been posted before but honestly I have no idea what to search for, as in the wording. This part of the build is stressing me out cause I have no clue what I’m doing lol, so if you look at the pic I posted, the instructions say to connect the short battery cable to one end of the mega fuse and the other to the fuse box. The loop connector on the end of the short red battery cable is bigger than the nut on the fuse box. Do I just change the connector? This might sound like a stupid question, but the only reason I’m hesitant is cause there another cable attached already to the bolt covered in loom and I don’t see a picture of that anywhere. Even on other pics in build threads it looks to me like it’s only a red battery cable exiting that fuse box. It made me think that what I’m reading is dated or something? I’m not sure where that other cable with loom is going. I hope someone understands what/why I’m asking. Thanks so much.

I don't have a Coyote myself but it does look like the instructions suggest that.

Where does that existing black wire go to?

It’s bundled into the harness under loom. I’d have to rip it all apart to know. I was hoping someone knew 🤷*♂️

I have a gen2 coyote, but I believe this specific item is the same between gen2 and gen3. Yes, you want to run the wire from the mega fuse to the same terminal on the coyote fuse panel that the black wire is already on. I can't speak to terminal size of the provided cable, as I made my own cables and sized the terminals as needed.

It works just fine as described in the Gen3 Coyote assembly instructions. Place the short cable from the mega fuse under the existing terminal and run the nut down.
