How exciting. At just under 3 months, I am at the point where I was able to install the engine. I know I speak for many of us when I say that this build is very addicting and exciting. I'm still waiting on IRS fasteners and rear spindles and front and rear hubs (plus a few other things) but I have been able to progress at a pretty decent rate.

Very nice! Love those pushrod engines!
If you open your pictures in Paint and then resave it will sort out the rotation for you. There's a long technical explanation as to why phones do what they do and computers don't like it but I won't bore you with it.

2015+ rear IRS spindles and hubs (they come together) Ford Performance part number M-5970-M are widely available and in stock. $503.99 with free shipping in stock at Summit for one. Factory Five has these backordered? You have options if you want to go that way.
I believe the rear knuckles with hubs are sold as a pair

Right. Didn’t suggest otherwise. The part number I referenced (M-5970-M) is a left and right pair.

Thank you for the information eb. I will definitely consider that if FF delays the parts much longer. And thank you MB for the pic technical advice. That's really good to know.

I did the same on Friday. It's a good feeling. Have to say, it looks better and fits better than my coyote.

Looks great, John! I have that same engine. A BPE 347 if I'm not mistaken.
Great progress! I know what you mean about addicting. I used to wait until the family went to bed and I would be in the garage, until the early morning hours. The wife couldnt figure out why I had such a hard time waking up in the morning. Do you have a build thread?

Actually, I decided on the BPE 306 EFI. It got dyno'ed at 410 which will be great for me I'm sure.

No build thread yet, I will consider getting one started.

Looks great John.
I'm about one month ahead of you-- picked my kit up Sept 6th. We seem to be on the same pace as I put my motor in about a month ago. And yes, its addictive! When I'm not working on it, I'm thinking about working on it. So far my wife is sharing in my enthusiasm-- lets hope this lasts through body work when I come in covered in fiberglass dust.
Keep up the great work!
