Just installed the KRC power steering pump. Looks like the belt that came with the setup is a bit small. I barely have any space between the power steering and water pump pulley and the fluid tank is pressing up against the passenger cylinder head. Anyone else run into this? I am going to look for a slightly longer belt but who knows how many 26 inch-ish size belts are out there in the world.

Also. Put a pry bar on to tension it and was able to at least get the tank off the head. Would still like a little more clearance but I think it is now at least ok...

AutoZone's belt numbers are based on inches, stop by and they'll get you what you need.

I installed mine on a 2nd Gen Coyote, no issues with fitment or belt length. I remember I did have to do some trial and error test fitting to get the right spacer in place. Any chance you may have one of the spacers in the wrong place?

It's a tight fit for sure, but it should work. Here's a shot of the KRC setup on my gen2. Not a great photo but it gives you an idea of the clearance between the PS and water pump pulleys.

Any chance you may have one of the spacers in the wrong place? <-- I'm pretty sure I've got them on there right. Everything looks straight. I'll double check it.

Here's a closeup of where it buts up against the head.

Here's a picture of the distance between the pulleys. Looking at John's, I suspect it is just tight and what I've got is probably ok. Maybe I'll pull on it a little more with the pry bar and see if I can get that tank a little more off of the head.
