So this started out as a build for another project but would be a great fit for a Factory Five. Obviously due to the size and weight, local pickup (southern Maryland) would be a requirement.

89 351 Windsor (one piece main seal, non-roller) block
- align hone mains
- bore and hone (.030” over)
- custom machining to adapt to SBF or Mod motor bellhousing
- POR 15 engine enamel

Custom machining included removal of passenger side ear for mod motor starter clearance and larger 5/8” dowel pins with threaded inserts. Compatible with Mod Motor transmissions (6r80, 10r80, TR3650, TR6060, etc…). SBF transmissions will require custom stepped dowels from 5/8” to 1/2”.

-Scat forged neutral balance crank 4.00” stroke
-Scat H beam rods 6.25” length
-Mahle powerpak 26cc dish pistons forged 4032 (10.1:1 with 58cc heads)
-ARP main stud kit

Asking $3500

Hello Zach, this Gary, I bought your 408. I have it just about done and I’m putting on the balancer and flywheel. My question is, did you tell me the engine was internally balanced. I need to know so I can put the balance weights on the flywheel and balancer. I thought you said it was internal but I can’t remember ****. Thanks buddy hope everything is going well.
