Does any one have a thread or photos of how they routed and connected the lines to the Internal Hydraulic Throw-out Bearing?
I am installing a Gen 3 Coyote, Quick Time Bellhousing, TKX 5 Speed Transmission Combination as supplied from Factory Five.
Thanks!

We ended up drilling a hole in the bell housing about 10 o’clock. If you view the bell housing from the back may be about three-quarter inch hole and then ran that into the throwout bearing clutch assembly. Interestingly enough, we needed to use a significant number of spacers in order to get the throw out, bearing close enough to the clutch to actuate it. We ended up hooking up the engine and transmission outside of the car and using the hydraulic clutch to figure out how many spacers we needed. It would’ve been almost impossible to do this without having done that.

The way you set up the hydraulic throwout bearing is with the clutch and bell housing mounted to the engine and the transmission with the throwout separate from the engine. Measure from the clutch fingers to the face of the bell housing. Then measure from the throw out to the face of the tranny. Depending on the throwout bearing the difference should be some where in the range of .100" to .150". Presumably with no spacers the clearance will be to large and spacers will be required.

Guys thanks for your responses, however the clutch is already setup by Factory Five when the combo was assembled.
I would like to see how you plumbed the hydraulics from the Master Cylinder all the way to the throw-out bearing.
Thanks!

I ran a hard line down under the car with the brake lines and terminated with an AN4 flare fitting to hook the flexible line to.
