Cobraheat Motorsports. for seat heaters No answer..???

I have read were others have purchased seat warmers from Cobraheat Motorsports. I had some trouble getting in touch with them but finally connected and ordered 2 Cobraheat seat warmers December 3rd, I was told they would be shipped the next day, to date they haven't arrived, I've followed up with them twice without response, even is the response was that they were shipped and probably delayed in shipping would be better than silence. Has anyone have any recent experience with them?

Seems like it's a hit or a miss for folks. When I ordered mine back in August, I received them in 2 days. I'm sure they will come through. Depending on shipping method and distance, post offices are swamped with holiday traffic as well which could add some time too.

Or order the same ones from Mike Forte and get 5* service.

Yeah I understand the time of year and all, things can certainly be delayed, just would be nice to get a response of some sort from emails, confirming they received my payment and the product was shipped. When you don't hear anything you think the worst. Going to be optimistic and give it time.

I was one of the "miss" people. I ended up just purchasing from Speedway Motors after getting frustrated with Cobra Heat's website. No matter what I did I couldn't get the purchase to go through which in the end just made me nervous that something shady was going on. Not sure the deal - but the product seems high quality and can be obtained elsewhere without that issue.

Their website to purchase is a little frustrating which is why I contacted them through the customer service email. I'm hopeful I get an answer in the new year - I expect a month to process the order and/or at least get back to me with a "status" would be long enough. I'll post what happens in case others are thinking of purchasing from Cobraheat Motorsports. I'm still hoping for a happy ending.......

Call your credit card Co and cancel the order and report them. Order from Amazon and have them in a couple of days.

Late Breaking news..... I got an email back from CobraHeat Motorsports today. They did ship the package on the date they said they did and I just found out the box just arrived... It was the lack of response from my emails which got me nervous but everyone is busy these days. Like BrewCityCobra said above it can be hit and miss with the communication but all is good again. I wanted to post this in case anyone wondered what happened and how it all ended.
