Hi all,

I am having a custom set of center caps built for my wheels and I want to make sure they will not interfere with mounting the wheel on the hub. My complete kit hasn't been delivered yet, but I want to get a jump on making the center caps because it will take quite some time. I plan on sliding the center caps in through the back of the wheel so that they stick out the front and look clean, but I don't want them to interfere with mounting the wheel by contacting the hub in the center bore.

I really need the measurement off the front hubs, I know the rear may vary based on axle choice but if you have time to measure both that would be great.

The red line measurement is what I need:
176727

I'm hoping the hub and black cap won't protrude more than 1.25" into the center of the wheel, but we'll see.

I would really appreciate someone taking the time for this, thank you!

I get 1-5/16 on the front. FFR supplied spindles and brakes. Rear 8.8 with disc brakes is less than 1/4 inch This will vary from axle to axle depending on who made them.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to do that.

Do you know if the dust cover is completely seated against the lock nut or is there a gap? I could probably run it without a dust cover and gain 2-3mm which will get me all the room I need.
