The pics definitely do NOT do the car justice. This thing is unbelievable.

That my friend is one beautiful Coupe. You should be quite proud of that accomplishment. Kudos!

Thanks to everyone for the great comments. This build was a ton of fun and I am already missing the day to day challenges from the build. Can't wait to get it on the track!

Super nice car! I have a question. Where did you get the 2 into 1 collectors? I would like to do a similar thing with mine.

Thanks. I fabricated the collectors that you see in the photo. Also built "spiral" type mufflers. Certainly helped the flow of the exhaust, but they are in no way quieter. I have some photos in my build log.

Ryan-

Absolutely STUNNING!!

What a terrific job, and beautiful result. You should be extremely proud of your work; it is truly top shelf!! Well done!!

If you are so bored now that you have completed the build process (as you hinted), you are welcome to come to Chapel Hill when I get my roadster, and help me knock mine out! It would be great to have a craftsman like you on my team. I will buy the beer!!

Super, super job!!

Regards,

Steve

Thanks Steve, but you are too late.:) I was so bored I decided to start another project. Bought an old BMW 3 series and turning it into a Spec E30 racer. That being said, I would love to cruise up there one day and share a beer.
