FF5 Community: Pretty Good Place to Live!

I wasn't sure where to put this so Dave can move it if he so desires. Just wanted to mention a good deed. You know, "no good deed goes unpunished". Well, this one is about a guy called "AZPete", Peter Hildt. Peter has sold his MkIII roadster but still frequents the forum so that's how I got to know him. Anyway, he volunteered to "help" which was a nice gesture. But I asked if he wanted to see my build so he came down today 1+ hr one way and spent 2 to 3 hrs talking and sharing stories and ideas. He also included a CD with his "owner's manual" that he put together for the person who got his roadster from the Barrett Jackson Auction. I've already seen some good stuff from that.

So I think the FF5 Community is really a pretty good place to live because of people like Pete paying their passion forward. I owe you one Pete. Let me know when it's time to inventory that new order and I'll pitch in. See you later. WEK.

Bill, thanks for the nice words but it was also fun for me to see a roadster under construction and dream about my next build. I never tire of talking to car guys (like-minded lunatics) and enjoyed the time with you. Now, step away from the computer and get that beautiful intake polished and bolted to your engine!
