Since FF has initiated their new inventory software there has been posts about the confusion there is around what nuts and bolts are in the kit and where they are used. I purchased the Daytona Complete Kit before the software changeover. Based on the recent posts, I believe my inventory list may be helpful in defining where specific nuts and bolts are used. I will be posting my inventory in multiple posts (as I go thru them and copy them here) to help anyone cross reference what hardware gets used where. Keep in mind this listing is for the Coupe but I'm sure a lot of the same hardware gets used in the same locations for both the coupe and roadster. This list will show an assembly and what is part of that assembly. For example in this first list one assembly is Fuel Strap Fasteners. Under that assembly heading it lists the 4 bolts and nuts used to mount the fuel straps. I have also put into parentheses the inventory number that is on my sheets. I do not know if these same inventory numbers have been carried over to the new software or not. I have not noted which box these lists correspond to as my guess is they won't be the same. Yes. The IRS and most of the front suspension is the same if buying the complete kits. If going with donor parts things may be different.

Just copying what's on my inventory sheets in no particular order. This is the way it was listed before the software change. Each box had it's own inventory sheet(s). I didn't list the box numbers because I didn't copy them in order and they may not be the same with the new system.

Thanks for posting. I will be bookmarking this. Also building a Gen 3 coupe, though I went with a base kit +options. My kit finish date was 10/8/22 I took delivery 10/22/22. Mine was delivered with the new hardware/inventory system. So I have the "coupe fastener pack" bag o' bolts. Still waiting on the IRS fastener pack. Interestingly there are a few places where the hardware is packed with the sub assembly, but not all. I'm sure there's a reason somewhere.

Great news Jon! Looking forward to following along with the build! My list was before the system change at FF. Not sure how much it will help. I don't believe they give an actual manual anymore. Make sure you download the digital version. I printed it out and put it in a binder. Use it to do your inventory. Having it on a laptop can make it easier to search also. Take your time. Note what part is in what box. Makes finding the part you need much easier. Organization is key to a build like this. Have fun my friend!!!
