So removing, trimming, installing the aluminum nose from replicas and ended up poking a hole in the radiator. FFR is out and Afco is out. What radiator options are out there for me to purchase

I have
- breeze shroud
- upper and lower radiator tubes from breeze
- breeze lower support
- replica Al nose piece

I use these in my GenIII Coupe with some changes to the in/out hose diameters.

Just take it to a radiator repair shop. This is a simple repair.

I'd love to know more if OP does decide to take it to a repair shop. I took mine to a very reputable local aluminum welder and he just couldn't chase down the super thin aluminum channels.

I had a similar experience in the Denver are with nobody wanting to repair my old radiator. It's now just one more thing in the landfill and a new radiator was sourced from FFR. Thankfully, they had just received a shipment when I needed mine. It may be easier to source a similar radiator and have the in/out fittings modified to match the FFR radiator.

Before posting this thread I called two shops and neither wanted to touch the radiator due to being aluminum and the thickness. There is a performance radiator an hour away I’ll try them.

Emailed factory five and they just got a shipment. Buying a new one and will repair the old one for a spare

Sorry, I’m down in Miami, so my experience may be different. Lots of heat exchangers in boats down here. Albeit different material, you can find some good repair shops here.

There are some very strong epoxies on the market that will patch the hole. You will not find them at Walmart.
