Hi all,
considering replacing my FFR radiator. Currently have a pin hole leak on the lower tube weld after 6400 miles of driving. Removed the radiator and had it "fixed"....or so I thought.
They guys at the shop said they found two small leaks and had them "repaired". I asked twice it they pressure tested it and they said yes both times. I put the radiator back in yesterday, filled it up and ran two heat cycles, just one small tube leak, needed to tighten the clamp a little....then went for a 5 mile drive....came home put the car on the lift and guess what....leaking in the exact same place, maybe even a little more than before. I have a call into the shop that did the "repair", I am sure I will be speaking with them tomorrow. I'm just a little frustrated, as the whole in and out process took about 5.5 hrs to complete...now it has to come out again.
Any inputs or directions on a replacement would be appreciated.
Running a gen II coyoted with the Boig lower solid radiator tube.
