Having a few "early" issues with the body fitment. Last weekend I decided to "pre-fit" the body just to make sure I had proper clearances etc. After putting on the body, I realized how tight of a fit it is from the front to rear.

Also, I found that my body sits a little too high near the dashboard and passenger side of the cubby area. You'll see in the pictures, I have a little trimming I need to do on the firewall extension on the passenger side (orange line). This might be the problem in the dash area.

The Breeze firewall cubby wall seems to sit a little high also and may need to be trimmed as the bulb seal is completely squished along the cubby wall and still rides high mainly on the passenger side.

Before I do any trimming, wanted to get a little feedback from the forum. Other than this, everything looks pretty good.

Thanks in advance,

The body dictates the dashboard position, not the other way around. Yes, you need to trim the extension and also put bulb seal on it—-while you’re at it cut the windshield notch in it down 1/2-3/4”. If the cubby bulb seal is fully compressed it’s walls are too high.

Good luck!

I really like the "hammer tone" finish on your aluminum panels :)

Thanks Craig, I just did some of them as I am polishing the ones in the engine bay.
