If anyone has experienced the same issues that I have with trying to get the FFR H-Pipe centered in the body and also level......this has been my "solution" on the last 2 cars I've built here. I've found the easiest way to do this is to cut the mounting flanges off of the H-pipe (cut as flush to the flange as you can to prevent shortening the H-pipe a significant amount), cut my own new flanges, bolt the new flanges to the cats (including the gaskets) then insert the H-pipe into the new flanges and with all of the cat bolts just loose enough at the manifolds to move the cats around, position the H-pipe exactly where you want it (trying to keep the ends of the pipe just barely inserted into the new flanges), tighten up the cat bolts at the manifold and the mounting brackets to the transaxle and then tack weld the flanges to the H-pipe. Then unbolt the flanges, unbolt the H-pipe from the brackets (keep the brackets tight to the transaxle so you don't lose your position) and then fully weld the flanges to the H-pipe on the inside of the flange, grind off any weld that stands proud of the mounting surface and re-assemble.
If anyone is in need of the mounting flanges, I have them drawn up in CAD now and can provide them to you.
