Help editing a cad file (dwg)

I have a comp dash dwg file I need help editing if anyone can help. Should be simple for someone who works with things like this a bit. I have reached the end of my knowledge trying to get it to work on the autocad web

The layout of the file is for a MKIII and I have a MKII so the location of the steering hole and the layout of the other items need to be moved 1.5 inches to the right
