Leo, I also remember somebody was making the DeGuire 1-piece nose piece, but I don't remember who. I made my own from a sheet of 0.020 aluminum I bought at Lowe's. This 0.020 thickness is flexible enough to bend without creasing so it will fit through the body snout and then spring into place. I used flexible cardboard to make a template . . . trial and error . . . and then cut the piece from the aluminum. Place one end in and then curl the other end until it clears the snout, then replace the rivets at the front bottom lip to hold it. I slit 1/4" clear tubing and put it on the edge of the aluminum where it contacts the radiator.
(Difficulty rating: 2 six packs)

I did my own from a cardboard template. Making the template was time consuming. I ordered some bulb seal from McNasty Car and I was good to go. Here it is before removing the protective film on the aluminum. I drove it that way before the tear down for paint. I also added a radiator screen that isn't in this photo.

44X 22 if my memory is correct. Get some posterboard at Wally World or Office Despot and make the template. The center part is easy. Make the side tepmplates first and then tape them to a center section. That will give you the full size part. I used 2 sizes of bulb seal on mine. Small against the radiator screen and the larger FFR size stuff on the body side. .020 to .032 is all you need. Anything thicker will be hard to fold into place.
