All directional blinking

So my setup:

Russ Thompson turn signal / AAW harness.

Blinkers stopped working, blew fuse so changed that then they worked fine.
Hazards were not working, blown fuse changed that then they worked, this circuit is right from the battery and directional from keyed ignition.
Now i turn on RT directional and dash light indicates right but all four corners are blinking.
Turn left signal no dash indicator and all for lights blinking.

Thoughts ?

What are you using for a hazard switch. Disconnect it and see if the problem goes away

I pulled the fuse and hazard relay and still had the issue

As Mike pointed out, the only place all the wires come together is at the hazard switch.

Pulling the fuse doesnt help. Disconnect the wires. Also if using a RF harness. check the wires at each connector. They have been wrong on lots of harnesses.
