I upgraded the kit brakes with the powerstop rotors/pads, K1301-26. Got everything installed and torqued down. The pads are contacting the rotors on both sides (hard to get a good picture of the inside pad, but it's in contact as well). I can spin the rotors, and when I let go they continue to spin for a little before stopping. In otherwords, they aren't locked up tight.

Is this normal for brand new rotors and pads? I assumed I would have a little clearance on either side of the rotor.
