Coupe scheduled for delivery in December. Plan is LS3/TR6060 twin turbo. Really not looking for a ton of horsepower and truth be told I don’t even know if I’ll do the turbos. However, I like the challenge and it would be very cool.

Going with a complete kit, IRS, basic options. I plan to add my own wire harness, terminator X EFI, led lights all around, AC, custom dash, power steering, corbeau seats, forgestar wheels.

I have an SLC, nearly 95% finished. Such a cool car but not practical in any sense. Very loud suspension, manual steering, not easy to get in and out, no functional windows, hot inside, etc etc. Really hoping the coupe can be good enough and reliable for a daily.

I’ll let this serve as my build page. A few questions for now…..

1. Since Im going with the IRS, I can purchase a complete drop out rear suspension 2015 mustang? It will have the brakes, Torsen diff, knuckles. Anything else I would need from it?
2. I haven’t seen a TR6060 complete in a build, I assume I’ll need to custom order a driveshaft from the driveshaftshop?
3. It looks like the complete kit comes with 11” front brakes, is there an upgrade used mustang donor brakes I can buy that will work with 18” wheels? I don’t want the wilwoods.

Once again I answer my own questions just by trying different search words. I know the info is here in the forum but finding it is challenging at times. Looks like my best option is just to pick up a complete rear end from a mustang and pick what I need from it. I looked at sourcing parts individually and it comes out to nearly the same price. Looks like I’ll use just the brakes, diff, and spindles.

I am doing the same. I have a 2018 rear end that I plan to use the diff, brakes and spindles. I beleive you can use the fronts from a 2015 or later, but not without modification. I am planning to use part from FFR for the front.
Good to see another LS. I am putting an LS6 in mine. Delivery planned in March.

For search help, try this. Till someone pointed it out, I too could never find what I was looking for without reading through hundreds of posts!
