Is the upgraded Coyote going to be available as a crate engine and will it fit the same?
I heard there is also a new intake for it, will that fit as well and if so is it recommended?

Way too early to know. Likely at least 2 years away for the Gen 4 Coyote crate version.

Take a look at the new dual 80mm throttle body intake. One look and I can see an issue with the coolant recovery tank as it is usually mounted to the side where opposite to the intake tube.
It is still a 5.0L block, likely little if any changes there. So likely the rest of the fitment will not change. It will be a long wait before Gen 4 crate engines are available and, to me, an opportunity to look for close out pricing on the 3rd Gen crate engines. 20 or so HP will go unnoticed in the performance and you will pay a premium for those few HP as one can bet the price will be higher.
