E Brake

It look like there should be a E ring to hold the brake cable in place. Not in the kit or in the instructions. Am I missing something.

My rear Wilwoods didn't have an e-clip either, but I added one. Not sure what the "offical" stance is for this.

I had the same question when building my car. I added the e-clips, but considering how the cable works, it's really not necessary to clip them.
