Not sure what those features are used for in other applications, but in our application they're not used.

Temperature sensor for 2016+ Torsen's. Ford added it after over heating diffs caused issues. Puts the Mustang in limp mode at 285 degrees. Here is what one looks like with the wiring harness unplugged. 2015's and units sourced new from Ford Performance don't have it.

Axle Temperature sending unit: Ford part No: 9L8Z-6G004-E (This same part is also used in many other places, i.e. coolant temp sender)
