That's a lovely and quite distinctive color combination. congratulations! This is a reminder to me that, when I first saw the body of my FFR fully painted, I suddenly realized how very delightful the finished product would be. To that point in time, I had taken the car's finished outward appearance totally on faith. The painted body made it real...very real. Enjoy the results of your efforts, and we look forward to seeing the finished car.

Ditto on the color and finish. Are you a pro painter? Was this done by a shop or a DIY? When you said 3 months of work, it sounded like a DIY. Either way, you're going to have a show stopper!!!

Can you share some more info on your build? Thanks, WEK.

well this build is motorised with the mechanic of a 2003 Gt, I have Koni all around, custom leather interior, with custom stiching (from the lovely wife), the trunck is carpeted and sound proofed. Everything was done by yours truly, with the exception of the paint, I went to a pro for that portion, mind you I participated at all stages along with him. We finalised the body work together (stich bak the hood scoop to the hood) fram is powerder copated black. I bought every chrome option from FFR and then some!!! also this car is a keyless and IFR coupled with a push start button (that was fun to figure out!!). Also I have made custom front grill and I have the tangent fog and grill light. also custom center consol for the radio and anti-skid option. This was My first project of this magnitude and I must say Im pretty proud of it and amazed how it turned out so far. here are a few pics of the build and some of the custom work. I learned a great deal on this build, we did it all, wiring, sheet metal, body work, upholstery event build a custom trailer for it! Its a blast!

Very clever (the wife's stitching). Show us what she did for the door panels. Love the custom grille.

I'm a former sail maker so I really appreciate good stitchery. Did I mention, LOVE the custom grille!! Thanks, WEK.
