Just a quick question to refresh my memory. I know the SN95 spindle is better, but whats it do for ya. I know I can use the 96 and up, different hole placement in the adaptor. Big price difference in the two, thats why I am asking.

1994 and 1995 SN95 spindles are preferred over the 1996 and up SN95 spindles. The ‘94/‘95 have a “dogleg” in the steering arm which creates better bump steer geometry. The ‘96 and up versions move the tire and wheel out about 3/8” per side which can result in tire to body clearance issues. With all that said I am going to encourage you to forego Mustang spindles altogether and instead go with the proprietary Factory Five spindles. More money, yes…but they result in greatly improved steering geometry which makes for a much better driving car.

I believe bump steer.

BTW check out car-parts.com you might be able to find the spindles you are looking for cheaper

I knew there was something about bump steer but didn't know about the 3/8's difference. Thanks Jeff!
