Mk4 base kit it says use 87-04 front lower control arms they all the same an fit no problem an spindles

Not 100% sure what you are asking. Yes they can all be used but after 93 the Mustang got wider so the lower control arms are longer and the spindles changed for larger brakes and sealed hubs.

The frame has two sets of lower control arm mounting holes. Outer for 87-93 and inner for 94-04 Mustang. I believe the FFR control arms use the outer holes but don’t quote me on that.

Are you using a donor, or buying parts? If looking to buy lower control arms, check the cost of the FF tubular lower control arms before you buy. If you buy the FF lower controls arm you will know they fit, are stronger than the OEM stuff, and they add value to the build. The day will likely come when you will sell the car. There are some parts you just do not want to go cheap on IMO.
