My build is a gen 3 coupe, with coyote gen 3 and TKO 600 transmission. The TKO came with this mystery plug coming out of the back of the transmission near the driveshaft. The only plug on the FFR wire harness near the transmission plugs in at the speed sensor area, so I'm assuming this mystery plug is not needed?

The speed sensor is the only one the Ron Francis wiring harness has a connection for. If you have GPS gauges, you won't even need that one. The connection on the back is a neutral safety switch. Most don't use it. If you do, will require customizing the harness accordingly.
