I've read through every thread I could find here and elsewhere about options for Mk IV non-Halibrand wheel options. I understand that when searching I should use the 1999-2004 Mustang as a proxy vehicle as almost all aftermarket wheel companies filter based off car type. I understand you can vary slightly in the backspacing and offset, but not to vary much from the 99-04 Mustang. Below are the stat's I believe I should be looking to be close to.

Front 18"x9" with 6" backspace and 24mm offset
Rear 18"x11" with 6.46" backspace and 12mm offset
5x4.5" (114.3mm) lug bolt pattern.

Front 17"x9" with 6" backspace and 24mm offset.
Rear 17"x10.5" with 6.7" backspace and 27mm offset
5x4.5" (5x114.mm)

I love the look of the 25th Anniversary Edition Mark IV wheels, but can't seem to find anything similar with the right offsets and backspacing. I'm not overly concerned with a 18" wheel vs a 17" wheel, but more so the wheel pattern and color (I dig the magnesium/matte gold look).

Any options/recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!

There is a MKII listed for sale in the forum that has these wheels on it:

I think they look fantastic on the car.

They can also be custom fit to your specifications:

I know this is a Roadster thread and a wheel thread buuuttt think about the tires also...Something I hadn't considered when I ordered rims for my Type 65 coupe is tire options for 17" vs 18" rims...I went with 17" Halibrands with my kit so I can have some meatier sidewall....but now that I'm starting to look at buying tires I am finding the tire choices for a 17" rim are slim picking...not because of pandemic backorders either, they just aren't made by many manufacturers....way more options for a 18" wheel in terms of tire choice, brand, widths.

I struggled with the same thing, then saw the Joey logano roadster with forgestar f14’s. I went to their site and you can get “customized” wheel dimensions. They have a couple recessed looks that support various offsets.

I found this to be a more affordable option than the FFR halibrands with a slightly more modern look, FWIW

So I've found a number of wheels that I like, but I'm unsure how far off the "standard" offset I can go without causing other issues. The backspacing is within .13 inches but the offsets are around 10mm. What most concerns me is whether these will impact safety or driveability of the Roadster? My logic tells me the slight differences will only impact how the wheels/tires fit the body. Any other thoughts on the topic?
BTW: I plan to go with 18" wheels, 8.5"x18" in front and 10.5"x18" in back.

I am ultimately going with Jongbloed 305's in black. Same ones Bruce Cambern runs on his CSX3170

I have never been able to think in offsets. I much prefer backspacing (BS). They describe the exact same thing in different terms. Also B is something I can measure w/ a stick and a ruler. You said, "My logic tells me the slight differences will only impact how the wheels/tires fit the body." and you are 100% correct. I recommend that you stay pretty close to the FFR BS specs and, if you need to vary from them, go for more BS. That will move the wheel/tire toward the center of the car so, if you are a little off that can be fixed w/ spacers. If you end up w/ too little BS then the tire may hit the fender which is hard to fix. The spec you have in your first post for 18x11 worries me. Comparing to the 17x10.5 it is a .5 inch wider wheel w/ less BS. In my mind it should have 1/4" MORE BS than the 17. My experience w/ 17x10.5 is that BS is in the 6.7 to 6.9 range (I think some makers vary their measuring a bit because I have seen specs in this range for years). So if you want to ad .5 inch to 10.5 you should ad 1/4 inch inside and 1/4 inch outside. That keeps the tire centered the same in the fender for both wheels. So my BS spec for the 11 would be 6.7 + .25 = 6.95. That is .5" more BS than your listing.

I agree totally in using backspacing simply because of the ease of measurement.

That being said my preference is for 15 inch round parts in Black steel. I want a more 80s-90s Nascar look.

No problem back in about 2007 I used black steel from one of the NASCAR suppliers. They had a wide range that they could build. Virtually any width rim and then they could vary where the welded in the center section to adjust BS. Search 'steel race wheels' and a bunch of manufacturers come up.
