Need help. Can’t seem to figure out how to assemble the brakes pads and wear guides for the FFR brakes for the IRS option

There are 2 version of the irs, i have the erly version, likely from a t-bird, mustang svt, or other. Around 2015 they switched to a different version. Let me know if you gave the early version.

The instructions for the IRS brakes don't show pad installation, but the instructions for the solid axle brakes do. Take a look at pages 8-10 here: https://www.factoryfive.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Rear-Brake-Instructions-rev-E.pdf
Based on your pictures, it looks to be the exact same caliper, pads, and clips. I used the donor brakes from my IRS take-out so I have no first-hand experience, but I hope that helps point you in the right direction.
