I am looking for a great company (hopefully a US company) that makes great switches. I had a terrible experience with Custom Billet Buttons (https://www.custombilletbuttons.com/). I purchased 5 buttons and had two of them have faulty LED lights. I left them 3 emails and a message on their website... nothing whatsoever. The buttons seem like pretty good quality (except for the faulty LEDs), but the customer service is non-existent. They are also a Canadian company.

Anyway, does anyone have a good company I can use? I'm looking for the billet style buttons for my horn, hazzard and flashers. I may move to a toggle if needed.

Thank you!

I had a small issue with CBB and they resolved it quickly, kind of surprised in your expereince. I never found a us based supplier, but I did get some from some Aussie companies, takes a little longer but seemed reasonable.

https://billetautomotivebuttons.com/ I got some of my buttons from them, specifically because I was looking for UK style symbols rather than words which they had.
https://bluewireautomotive.com/collections/billet-buttons I have not gotten their buttons but I got my keyless ignition system from them (compiles to aussie rules which means has a built in immobilizer in it), they were great to work with on that on

Funny, I had zero communication with them for three weeks after my multiple emails. They reached out today... just wondering if they monitor this board. Seems like they are now doing the right thing.

Sometimes it pays to complain here!!

I've had a pretty good experience with CBB so far. They responded very quick to my early emails about possible image options and compatibility. I finally placed my order for one momentary and two latch 22mm buttons, and they literally processed the order and shipped them out within 90 minutes, complete with tracking number. Hopefully I won't have defective LEDs as you did. They don't manufacture the LEDs, obviously, but hopefully they buy from a good quality supplier.

I got mine from Billet Automotive Buttons in Australia.

Very nice quality and great to deal with. I ordered mine with only the connectors, no pigtails and they were happy to provide. They ship promptly and I received them in just a little over a week.

Thanks 32J (great picture btw), Yes, I think they just dropped the ball for a minute and are sending me two new buttons. I really liked the quality of the buttons I got, just weird to have two LED's go out. I am confident it wasn't my wiring , because the other three are just fine. I'm glad they are taking care of this for me.

An update on my order. One of the buttons I ordered was etched in reverse (black was white, and white was black). I sent an email to Roger at CBB and he replied and corrected the issue right away, sending me the replacement button. I also tested the buttons I did receive on my regulated DC power supply, and they all worked as advertised.

These guys are fantastic: https://watsons-streetworks.com/

They have tons of stuff, buttons, kits etc for restoring classic cars. They are also US based. In fact right down the street from me in New Hampshire. :-)
