I am hearing your accent, somewhere close to Norfolk as it reminds me of my family in Norwich. Useful vid for me. I am planning to build my roadster to IVA specs in case I decide to come back with it at some point. The engine thing is interesting to me, I will have to look at my block number when I fit it.

Small world I was born in Blofield Heath, we moved to Devon in the late 80’s (before castle mall was built). I live in California now but have been to see my family there. My mums family are all from Norwich, my nan only moved as far as Swaffham and was home sick for Norwich. My aunt currently lives just off plumstead road.

Wow, hang in there! Crazy requirements, very interesting to hear. When I registered my roadster in VA/USA it was pretty much "prove you didn't steal any of these car parts. ok, now pay up".
