CobraHeat Motorsports out of business?

I ordered waterproof seat heaters through cobraheat based on old search results here. Its been a few weeks and no tracking number. I just called today and the phone is constantly off the hook and the emails arent answered. Did this place go under? Just like to know before I charge back on my CC.

I had issues with CobraHeat's website as well. I ended up purchasing from Speedway Motors (the product was under the name "warmseats") as it just made me feel more comfortable being a much more reputable site. I could never get the order to go through on CobraHeat's website directly.

Just to report back here that I got the heaters today. Really quick turnaround given I ordered them, probably around 11 pm on the 23rd. Thought I'd share and assuage the concerns of those that might have placed orders as well. Edit: I didn't get tracking info, they just showed up today.
