One single pump is enough for one of the bumper covers.

Brush on and remove exccess resin then apply to part.

Duct tape works great as a sealer!

Welcome to the Forum Greg, and thanks for posting this. I plan to make some carbon parts for my Type 65 and will post what I do.

Have you ever tried bonding bare steel to carbon? I understand from a bit of research that you need to take specific steps to avoid galvanic corrosion (sp?) between the bare steel and the carbon. I have a "recipe" for doing it from Rock West, where I bought my carbon fiber, and am going to give it a try as soon as the holidays pass.

No prob. I'm a document lover and posted this over at kitcentral. Just though I'd share. I'm just doing it over F/G. I can see how a prep stage would be needed on steel.
You could also just paint the steel with a automotive black primer. Sand the apply.

I just gel coat sprayed the front trunk in order to apply the carbon once sanded and prepared. Well the bottom side anyway.
