Wheel stud replacement?

Just started complete kit assembly. Missing many many parts. Thuringia to assemble what I can. The book says to remove and replace the existing studs. I don’t have any additional studs. No studs are on the packing list and not on the back order. However I have several parts in this state. Do the wheel studs get removed and replaced? Is this for both front and rear? The manual appears to only show replacing the rear.

Because they are in the middle of a complete, top to bottom inventory control system conversion.

Just the rear. You can just pick up some 1/2 - 20 wheel studs. I had an easy time getting the existing ones out, but needed a press to get the new ones in. I've had missing, not listed stuff as well. Not the end of the world, but confusing.

forgot my headlights and front upper control arms among other things. should be a box of dorman 1/2-20 lug nut studs in there somewhere. i did the rear on my roadster with irs not the front

The front hubs come w/ 1/2-20 lugs installed. But the rears are from the 2015 Mustang and newer which have metric lugs. Technically you could leave them but then you would end up w/ front lug nuts different from rear lugnuts. So overall it is preferrable to have the 1/2-20s all around.

Lug nuts are included with the wheels, so if you don't buy wheels you don't get them.
