I am very excited to FINALLY implement and go live with an all-new computer operating system here at Factory Five! The team has been working on this project for almost a year, and once it is up and running, we should see dramatic improvements in parts shipments accuracy and customer service.

Unfortunately, in order to do this, we have to close down for one week to do physical inventory and to load all existing orders into the new system. What does that mean? We will, of course, all be here during the week. So if there is an emergency part needed, we can still accommodate you if you leave a message on our phone system. Emails will be responded to with at least a 3-5 day delay. If you are in the area, and you want to visit, our showroom will be open, but virtually the entire company will be focused on changing over to the new system during the week of August 28th – September 2nd.

All orders and emails are delayed during this time.

Outgoing shipping is shut down for this week.

If you have an emergency part request, please call 508-291-3443 and leave a message.

if you have a tour or a kit pick-up already scheduled, we will accommodate you, but no new tours are being scheduled for this week and parts pick-ups are limited.

Been there. Done this. Multiple times as this used to be what I did for a living. (No, it wasn't just to inflict pain. :rolleyes:) It's a lot of work and at first will have some challenges. Always does. But you'll be a better company because of it. Best of luck.

Good luck with the upgrade! I'm scheduled to pick up my kit on 9/6 so I guess I might see some frazzled faces...
I'll show up with coffee and donuts--that always helps.

Please expedite any parts shipments you can prior to your shut down. Just received my kit 2weeks ago and I am already stopped due to parts back ordered.
