For the coyote gen 3 install - does anyone know what to do with the brown wire that is next to the thick red alternator power wire? Grounds are black, and I can't find instructions on what to do with this one....

Bend it back over itself and safe it off with some heat shrink tubing. The Gen 3 Coyote Control pack has a connector that plugs in to control the alternator charging.

Right, not used. No need to attach it at the ignition switch either, as shown in the wiring schematic. I removed it completely.
