Power windows on a 33 Hot Rod

I'm thinking of buying the power windows kit from another 33 builder who decided not to use them. He has a Gen 1 chassis and a Gen 2 body. Are all the parts in the PW kit the same or compatible with Gen 1 or Gen 2? I haven't ordered my Stage 2 body kit yet.
Todd Baumann from the Build School said there are slight differences in the brackets. The question now is which PW kit came with his kit? He bought the hardtop from another person that had it so he doesn't have the info to determine which PW kit came with it. Are the newer brackets available separately if needed? his 33 kit is #997. Thanks for your help.

The core of the PW option is the same for both generations - i.e. the glass and the mechanism.
What has changed are some brackets for mounting and the trim pieces on the top of the door. Chatting with FFR tech support should get you the info you need and I'm sure they'll be able to get you setup
