I made a tent out of a cheap ebay wedding tent. It worked great. Not as much room as it looks like you have.

The total cost of printing my car is as follows:
1. 18 cfm inland compressor, Tractor supply $1200.00
2. Epoxy sealer, 2k urethane primer, 1 gallon Rangoon red paint, 1 gallon of 720 clear coat ,all from Sherwin William's $560.00.
3. Iwiata knock off HVLP spray gun $135.00, Sherwin William's.
4. Sherwin Williams Gold body fill, 1 gallon $76.00, told it is same as rage gold.
5. Sand paper , about $ 125.00 still have a lot left over.
6. Building tent in garage material cost about $350.00
The air lines and miscellaneous tools I have had for many years.
You can paint your far for under $2500.00. You just have to research painting a fiberglas car.
It is really easy. You just have to have patience. You really can't make the FF body any worst than it is you can only improve it.

Bill, you are being a pity asking stupid question for DIY painters. My garage has all that equipment since I built Pro Drag cars for 30 years
The going price for painting a FF roaster is $15,000 to $20,000 I am telling the average guy that buys a kit he can paint his car for a lot less and not wait 2 years for someone else charge him a small fortune.
Remember it is a kit car made of Mustang parts
I am just trying to enlighten guys that you can complete build your kit without paying for the car twice by having it painted for $15 000.

I'm sorry, I do not believe I am being picky at all by asking a valid question about the safety equipment you used, as the VOC's you are dealing with can be absorbed through your skin, or attach to your lung walls, and kill you, not to mention the fumes as you spray are highly explosive.

Impressive. I've painted a couple cars, but don't think I have the skill to do the car justice.
