Anyone know of a vendor that sells side pipe exit bezels? I think a piece of stainless trim around the opening would really look nice and finish off the exhaust exit on the side of the car. I have been searching the web and have had no luck finding anything. I would be open to trying to make my own as well if I could source the correct material/thickness. I was thinking even some aluminum polished up might also be an option.

Interesting idea. I've never seen a bezel for the exhaust cutouts. If you wanted to try to make your own, you could consider modeling them in something like SketchUp and then having them laser cut from SS from an online source like sendcutsend.com (https://sendcutsend.com)

I can tell you that unlike something like roll bar bezels there will be great variations in the sidepipe to body relationship from car to car depending on engine, mounts, header &/or pipe manufacturer and body position. This is something that will really be “one off” that you’ll have to tackle on your own.

For reference this is what I was thinking, could also be in a black trim piece as well. I have located a vendor that does these for all kinds of cars and in the process working with them to do a set for my roadster.

Here was an example I saw on a Shell Valley and considered making one for my car. The problem is that there is less flat body on the FFR before you get into the fender flare. So its not really going to look the same.

I agree it would look really cool, but I also echo what Mr. Kleiner said. My openings aren't even the same size from side to side on the car.

FWIW, here is my former spec racer FFR. Previous owner Richard Bailey fab’d these exhaust cut-out protector plates from sheet aluminum, riveted to the body. Maybe more than you had in mind, but very effective. Just an alternate concept, hope it helps.
