Help With Turn Signals

Hello, I am working on a gen 1 car and have the wiring fully installed.

I have it wired through a non grounded trailer adapter to where the upper lights are the turn signals and hazards. All four lights for the brakes. And all four are running lights.

The issue I have is the when I use the turn signals with the headlights on, all 4 tail lights flash but it works fine with the headlights off. It does the same thing with the hazards.

I am using a painless harness and have the third brake light wire running to the trailer adapter and have it teed off before that to the lower lights. I am using LED 1157 tail light bulbs and the rest are regular. I am also using a grounded electronic flasher for the signals and hazards.


Any help or suggestions on what I have wrong?
