Hey I'm moving towards this step very soon. I see you've powder coated the windshield brackets. What did you do with the actual windshield trim? I'm wondering what I should do to make those black too.

I disassembled the windshield trim and had it powdercoated and reassembled. Went ok.
The FFR gas gap is a POS, the pot metal on the latch broke very easy. I bought the cap from Cobra Performance and it disassembled and reassembled very easy (had to scrape off a little powder coat in the holes).
All of my stuff is blacked out, rear view mirrors (Breeze's) even my door latches were disassembled and powder coated.
The blackout was the wife's idea, I wasn't too hip but as I'm getting this done I think is not cookie cutter looking.
