Intake connection suggestions requested

I need to connect a 70 mm (3.375 inch od) throttle body to a 3.125-inch meter. The standard Mustang flex tube's diameter is just a little too small at around 3.0 inches. Even with using silicon lube I was not able to slide the tube on. I've noticed over the years there has been numerous custom designs. Four-inch dryer vent hose is just too big. I do not want to spend big bucks on tubes as well. What does the forum members suggest? Many Thanks.

You can make sleeves out of short lengths of silicone hose. Why does your maf meter hose have to be 3.125, unless you have already tuned the combo.
You can still sleeve down to the alum tube size with a larger hose on the TB.
Hope this gives you some options.
