Gas-N Pipes with FFR Ball headers on finished car

I have read posts saying that the Gas-N pipes can require a lot of adjustment to fit and are best installed on an unfinished car. I haven't been able to find much info specifically about the Gas-N pipes and FFR adjustable ball headers. I have the FFR adjustable ball headers for a 302. With those, is there any chance the Gas-N pipes will install well on a finished car (MKIV), or would the pipe openings likely need more adjustment? I expect a wedge or two may be needed as well.

Anyone have experience with this?

I swapped my GAS-N pipes over to the FFR headers on a finished car. I did require one wedge still to get the passenger side pipe the right distance from the body, but the end result is a much better fit than my old headers.
