Well I have the front end started, taking on my second grandkid so dealing with that now too, so not moving as fast as I would like to. Want to thank my engine builder for being understanding about the money issue. More pictures to come. Puting on my rearend today.

Looking good so far. I would kill for that much room to work on my Mark4.

Patience, enjoy the build. Looks like good progress. Ditto on the space, wish I had that much room!

I can't agree more with the "enjoy the build" commentary. I'm getting quite far along on mine and I'm already getting a little sad that the build is almost over..... wait, silver lining time, I'm almost ready to start driving it! Really, enjoy the build!!
Nice space for sur. Once you get the feel for drilling the panels things start to go pretty fast. Measure twice, drill once. Just keep in mind where the panel mounts and whether or not you will have access to get the rivet gun to the hole.
My engine guy has all the money ......waiting on him to send. Getting that nervous feeling.

Isn't it fun? I have been known to not be as patient as I should be, but I have enjoyed this so much that I am letting the delays and changes just roll off my back. I am now at brake line install. Hopefully the calm will continue as I bend tubes the wrong way two or three times. Anyway, great therapy I believe. Looks good Lucky.

Are you going to leave the aluminum raw? Now is the time to decide before you get too much on.
