I've pulled the trigger on a Daytona Coupe (7-Jan-2023 build date at FF) and just ordered a Blueprint 408 with Holley Sniper EFI. I'm working through fueling options and was trying to pre-plan as much as possible before the kit gets here. Here are my thoughts:

Fuel Pump Kit
Holley PN: 12-345
345 LPH
6AN supply/return lines

Holley Hydramat Strainer
Holley PN: 16-125
3"x8"

In-Line Fuel Filter (10 micron)
Aeromotive
PN: 10912347
6AN inlet/outlet

Fuel Pressure Regulator
Holley PN: 42512880
-6AN inlet/outlet/return

Straight Regulator Fittings
Inlet/Outlet
Earls PN: AT985006ERL
6AN to 6AN O-ring
Qty 2

90-Degree Regulator Fittings
Return
Earls PN: AT949006ERL
Qty 1

Engine bay fittings
???
Not sure how the Holley Sniper is plumbed.

What I'm not sure of at this point is the type of fuel line between these -6AN fittings.
I've seen folks talk about aluminum hard line, NiCopp hard line, Steel hard line, Aeroquip TFE Racing Hose. I'd like something that can put with with the E10 fuel we have here in Texas.

Any of those options will handle the ethanol fuel just fine. I get it about being anxious and wanting to prepare ahead. But personally I'd hold off on getting fittings and such until you actually do the installation. They're widely and quickly available. And not cheap. Best to mock up and order exactly what you find out you need.

Congratulations on the Coupe kit order. We love ours.

408, that's going to be a lot of fun!

I agree with Edwardb on pre-ordering too many things. I have a box of spare fittings to attest to how excited I was to have everything ready and on hand to build my roadster. Many times if I order from one of the big online parts houses with red/white or yellow/black logos I will get parts in 1-2 days. That's one of those "if I did it again", I would be more patient (maybe the next one).

For the Sniper, I would check with Blueprint to see which model you have. Holley have the manuals available for download on their website. You can review the instructions and plan for electrical, plumbing, etc. I believe the Sniper comes with an external fuel pump, but I prefer an in-tank pump such as the one you have listed above (I did not use the external fuel pump that came with my EFI system either). I believe the Sniper has a built in fuel pressure regulator, which means you should not need an external unit. Sure, you can run one if you want to, but it does add complexity without any major benefit (IMO). The EFI computer screen most likely will read out the fuel pressure.

You may also want to plan on how you will wire your fuel pump, as the Ron Francis harness may or may not run the fuel pump relay in a way the EFI wants to run it (either rewire or substitute your on wiring). One other note, some EFI systems can control the engine cooling fan, but again, may require the fan to be wired differently than in the RF harness (if you are using that). I know my current system (not Holly) wants to be connected directly to the battery as well, but my previous system did not require this.

Lots of options for fuel lines, but anything hard or with PTFE/TFE in the hose will survive well in your environment. Personally I like running hard lines under the car and using just hoses to go to/front EFI and to/from the tank feed and return. We don't have E10 where I am, but I've had PTFE lines in my car for about 7 years with no issue so far (knock on wood?).

Good luck!
