Not an exaggeration

I have to admit, as I read many posts over the years about the reactions to these cars I thought maybe they were somewhat exaggerated. You probably get the occasional look or guy at gas station, but can they really get as much attention as many have stated? Yes, yes they can. I have only driven it around town on 2 days so far but I have already have seen or heard everything said here. First stop, gas fill up. Yep mobbed by 6 guys before I could even get the filler in. Hood open, lots of questions lots of compliments. Constant waves, thumbs ups and cell phones at lights. People I do not even know have stopped at the house when I had it out to look. Having the home roof replaced and the building inspector was here. He spent more time looking at the car than the roof. Even asked if it was real, he just sold his 911 so I would thought he would know. What blows me away about the attention I get is that I live in a very wealthy area, (I am not). In a 5 minute drive I passed 3 C8’s, a Porsche, a Bugatti and a Mazzarati. I usually see Ferraris daily and the FFR is the car that gets the extra looks. No exaggeration, these cars really do get attention. Pics for those not on Facebook group.

It’s the best feeling in the world, isn’t it??!? I too am the “poor boy” in an upscale ‘hood and these cars really do get more attention than your “average” super car.

I equate it to being friends with a rock star. Everywhere you go, “your friend” gets all the attention and you are just happy to be along for the ride!
