I think I already know the answer to this question but here goes anyway. I have the 12.88 wilwood brakes front and they are to large to fit the 15” pin drive wheels I had hoped would fit. I know 17” wheels will clear easily but I’m trying for more of a period correct look with smaller wheels. Does anyone make a 16” wheel in the 427 style? Possibly custom built? Any recommendations welcome thanks in advance

You know what will be harder to find than a 16” rim? An appropriately sized 16” tire.

Gordon Levy routinely posts on here that he has a Wilwood solution for 15" wheels. Haven't used them personally (have only done 17's and 18's) but others have.

Jeff a quick search shows a limited selection indeed but the size I want is available so unfortunately the rims will be harder to find than the tires. Edwardb I have been in touch with Gordon in the past and I will contact him again thank you for the tip.

Just curious, what size(s) are you planning to use?

I had planned on getting 185 60 r16 for the front and running the 15s on the rear but as I discussed with Gordon Levy today the 15” wheels I have will not fit his brakes or the rear brakes so it wheels that will be replaced. I will have to get some 17” wheels to fit the wilwood brakes.
