My Factory Five Buds, I need your input!

Assume this house is within your budget and everything you need.
This is a three-part, yes/no answer. You may elaborate if you wish

Would you buy it?

Have you seen Erin Brockovich? That should answer the question. :)

No. Regardless of the health implications. I'd hate to have this view all of the time.
Good Luck,

No

Even if there are no health risks the resale would be horrible.

Plus, who wants to look at that.

In reply to your questions:

1. Yes I would buy any house if it was in my budget and met my needs.

2. To me a good view is very important. From the link given that doesn't look like a view I would like to look at each day, so no.

3. The article would not change my mind. No.

No way... standing outside you might feel the hair on your arms tingling....

I go hunting by a much smaller line system, the "excitement" in the air is incredable...

I'm sure that the price reflects the location

MOST IMPORTANTLY

No pictures showing a Garage!!!!

I've had 5 cars in my 36 x 28 garage... 3 in it right now AND I have 2 portables that are 12 x 20....

AND right now there are 5 vehicles outside....

Everyone needs a garage and a shop esp if you are into vehicles/toys! ;)

I wouldn't....if you're asking yourself the question, so will every future buyer.

And the engineer in me causes me to be concerned about the EMF.

I'd pass on it. As mentioned, it may be very hard to re-sell, and certainly not the ideal back yard for holding a BBQ party..lol.

I'd take the government reports with a grain of salt. It seems all to often they are wrong about things, but don't realize it for 20 years, and by then it's to late..Remember the thalidomide scandal?

Thank you everyone. We knew it would be an issue for resale, but not 100% unanimous. This poll is just icing on the cake to walk away! Too bad because
the house it beautiful, and if you navigate around Google you will see that the neighbourhood is immaculate.

Movin' onto the next prospect...
