My Coupe-R kit delivery is getting closer and I've been thinking about all kinds of details, one of which is interior air flow. This will be a track car. No a/c. No side windows. No wipers. Will only run it in dry weather.

Has anyone used puller fans to bring fresh air into the cabin? Basically drill a pattern of holes in an aluminum close out panel and mount a fan. I'm not sure where you would position one to avoid engine heat or exhaust fumes, so that's why I'm posting. Is there a potential spot for one or two fans to be positioned so that they could be constantly drawing in fresh air?

All ideas welcome. I'm looking for ways to move air while the car is sitting idle between laps. I will be doing more autocross than road racing, so moving air between auto-x laps is important to me.

Thanks,
Rich

Air duct at the front of the driver window opening directing air inside, many race cars have them.

That doesn't help when I'm sitting still.

Bilge blowers with flex hose to any exterior surface. Cowl vents, fog light area, etc. They are loud, but pull a ton of air through them (yes even while sitting still).
