Hey guys need advice
Last fall I changed my T5 transmission in my MK4 with one from Forte. Running well but feeling vibration on accel. Called Mike who suggested I check pinion angle using Tremec tool box app (really cool) checked out good but I noticed at ride height the driveshaft appeard to be fully engaged and possibly bottoming.

From the picture, it looks like your driveshaft may be snagging your parking brake cable too. Wonder if that could be causing the vibration. Perhaps you should rule that out before messing with the ride height and driveline angles. Try installing a clamp that keeps the parking brake cable away from the driveshaft, but has enough play to allow smooth operation.

I know everything is probably pretty new but check our U-joints, they can vibrate if they are worn.

Thanks thats just the camera angle. there is plenty of space

Okay, good. Probably just grease I mistook for gouges in the cable.
If you have a three link with fixed lower control arms, try adjusting the upper link- extend the upper link and it''ll roll the axle back; shorten it and it'll roll the axle forward. You'll have to re-check the ride height and perhaps remove or add shims to raise or lower the transmission mount to get the right combination of pinion angles. Perhaps this will get you some relief.
I did this, but for the purpose of adjusting my wheelbase to get the rear wheels more centered in the wells - moved the axle 1 inch. See post 35 in the link below.
